rules are there to be broken

outfit: trench - sisley / top - ASOS / jeans - ASOS petite / converse - office

You know there are certain fashion rules that exist, but in a more informal way? Something like a lady should never take her heels off until she gets home..and just like that rule there is one that says navy and black are an absolute fashion no-go.

But rules are there to be broken, right? 

I'm very guilty of breaking this rule plenty of times and I will never drop it!

There's something about this combination that I really like. I think that the white converse are a nice meeting point for the dark outfit as well..

Sooo next time you feel like there is a combination you really like, but it's been marked off as a 'no-go' just remember that some rules are there to be broken.
