Three piece rule: Matching colours

outfit: Jumper - Zara / Jeans - H&M / Trainers - ASOS

Can't believe how simple and easy all my outfits are at the moment! Hahaa
I do really want to get dressier again, but there's is so much work and stress that comfort goes first for now.
I hope you guys still like these.

Anyways here is another three piece rule including my beloved Roshes.

I'll try to update more from now as well cause I know I was absent for quite a while, but I hope you guys understand that I've got a lot of coursework stress and I'm in the process of applying for a foundation as well.

Right now I'm just getting ready to go to work today hahaa

Either way please be patient with me.
Lots of love,

Shay

Roshes

Let me introduce you to my new loves!
I've had my eyes on them for a while, but they only had them for men and I would have been willing to buy men shoes if only they would make them in a size 3..
Either way when I finally saw that my beloved Asos was selling them I just had to get them!

I have to admit that they're way out of my comfort zone because they don't actually fit into my wardrobe so I'm still trying to figure out how to style them, but I just love them!

Also I feel like everyone should have that one piece in their wardrobe that doesn't actually fit in because it allows you to be a bit different and style them in your own way!

I know for a fact I'm going to have a lot of fun with these.

What do you think of them?

Cut out

outfit: Jumper - H&M / Turtle neck - ASOS / Jeans - ASOS / Shoes - Topshop / Necklace - Urban Outfitters

Black, white, grey it's like a routine for me now!
I love, love, love how they combine together.
This outfit was from a couple of weeks ago it was soo cold when we were taking these pcitures, but I really liked this outfit so it was worth it.
I have a feeling that bloggers complain about the wheater the most. We just never seem satisfied, but you know who wants to take pictures with numb fingers?

Anyway sorry about the poor update, but all my coursework deadlines are coming up so that's my priority at the moment.

Lots of love,

Shay

Rose Gold

outfit: Top - Topshop / Jeans - ASOS / Shoes - Topshop / RIngs - H&M / Coat - ASOS

You know when you get new things and you just can't wait to wear them?
Well if you saw my last post from last week you'll notice that the top and shoes I'm talking about in that post I'm also wearing in this outfit, ONLY because I was way too excited to wait, but I tell you now this was probably the coldest shoot I have ever done..

Apart from that I just ordered a couple of things, which I can't wait to show you so stay posted for that!

Also can I just say how much I love these thin rose gold rings there is something really elegant and feminine about them.

Ohh and also I got a haircut..which I will show you later hahaa,

Back to basics

My wardrobe is becoming more and more colourless and to celebrate that I decided to go and get these two pieces from Topshop that I had my eyes on for a while!

I can never go to Oxford St. without buying something, which is a good and a bad thing, but these basics are kinda a must have for everyone!

Anyways outfit pictures will be up tonight so watch out for that!
Also if you like follow me on instagram @aspoonfulloffashion for daily inspo and selfies here and there..

Silver carving

outfit: Jumper - Zara / Jeans - ASOS / Boots - Topshop / Snood - H&M

There are a couple of things that I love about Janurary, besides the freezing cold weather and my increased need for lip balm my favourite thing (sarcasm) has to be the beautifully dark mornings, which as we all know can result in a late start to our already short day and although I make it sound horrible it's out of this mornings late start that this outfit was born.

Being late anyway, I don't know what possessed my barely awake self to see my ankle boots through half open eyes and then tell my brain that it would be a good idea to wear them..still don't understand.

I think it's safe to say that I took the expression getting dressed in the dark quite literally but hey, from what I can see now it kinda works for me.

Cosy Quilt

outfit: Sweater - Forever21 / Jeans - Topshop / converse - office / Necklaces - both Urban Outfitters

So I've been in this oversized mood for a while were I only were baggy Jeans, Tops and Trousers and I'm not sure wheter that's a good or a bad thing..? Hahaa
Either way I'm starting to really like my 'MOM Jeans' and I find them much easier to wear.

Also I finally found some silver necklaces that I really like!
I don't know why, but it just seems really hard to find nice silver necklaces, which is really irritating.

What do you prefer Silver or Gold jewellery?
